Brooke Elizabeth Burns born 16 March 1978, is an American television and model. Burns' television career began in 1995 as she portrayed Peg, a character in the Spanish American sitcom Out of the Blue. Burns joined the cast of the action drama show Baywatch in 1998. She later played in the second Baywatch episode Baywatch: Hawaii until she quit the show due to her first child. Brooke Elizabeth Burns was an American actress, fitness model as well as a TV host. Burns is best known for her role as Jessie Owens on the Baywatch drama. The role she played on Shallow Hal, a commercially popular 2001 film, was the thing that made her popular.
