Valerie Anne Bertinelli (born April 14 in 1970) is an American actor and writer. Two-time Golden Globe Award winner Valerie Anne Bertinelli became a household brand with her appearances in CBS One Day at a Time as Barbara as well as Hot in Cleveland with Melanie Moretti.
